A man is charged with defrauding the National Disability Insurance Agency of nearly $170,000.

Andreas Gerasimos Strepelias faces 22 counts of dishonestly causing a loss to the Commonwealth, after allegedly submitting numerous payment requests for NDIA services never provided.

Strepelias defrauded the NDIA of $169,438.56 from Bentleigh East in southeast Melbourne between June and July 2018, court documents say.
