A 70-year-old Clevedon man is to face trial charged with robbery and assault.
Peter Dodd, of Valley Road, appeared at Bristol Crown Court (May 20, 2019) and denied an allegation that he robbed and assaulted Ron Fieldhouse in October last year.

His co-accused Joseph Maritz, 54, of Pennant Place in Portishead, pleaded not guilty to robbing Mr Fieldhouse and assaulting Laura Fieldhouse.
The robbery allegation relates to a Dell computer and memory stick.

After a brief hearing Judge Mark Horton adjourned the case for trial on November 11.
Both men were released on unconditional bail.
