Man admits attempted murder after stabbing at petrol station shop

By Geoffrey Bennett

A man has admitted attempted murder after a stabbing at a petrol station in Bristol.

Paul Miller, 53, of no fixed address, was charged in September last year after he was arrested following a stabbing at the petrol station in Hengrove. He appeared before Bristol Crown Court for a further case management hearing yesterday. (May 10, 2022)

Miller pleaded guilty to attempting to murder Liam Kittlety at the Morrisons Daily shop in Hengrove Way on September 9 last year. Judge William Hart adjourned sentence until June 9, pending a medical report, and remanded Miller in custody to secure hospital Broadmoor.
