One of the two men accused of murdering teen Keane Mulready Woods is pictured while out on bail in Dublin City centre ahead of a court appearance on Monday.
Gerard Cruise, 47, and his co-accused Paul Crosby, 25, both from Rathmullan Park in Drogheda, are both facing trial for the murder of Keane in the Special Criminal Court.
Both Cruise and Crosby, who were served with their books of evidence in May, and are facing trial in the non-jury three judge Special Criminal Court, are due to make their next court appearance on Monday, July 19.
A trial date is expected to be fixed then.
However, The Star understands that this trial could commence as early as next April.
Cruise was granted High Court bail in January - subject to strict conditions while Crosby remains in custody.
Cruise had been keeping a low profile since his release from custody.
But now, our exclusive images show Cruise out and about walking on the streets of Dublin as he awaits the murder trial.
Dressed in a black t-shirt and black jeans, Cruise was pictured this week sporting a pair of sunglasses on his head, while leaning against a vehicle and walking across a road.

Keane, 17, was murdered and dismembered at a house in Rathmullan in Drogheda as part of the feud involving two gangs in the Co Louth town.
Partial remains, including his limbs, were found in a bag in Moatview Gardens, Coolock on January 13 last year.
Two days later his head, hands and feet were found in the boot of a burnt-out car at Trinity Terrace near Ballybough in Dublin.
Keane’s torso was discovered during a search of waste ground at Rathmullen Park in Drogheda on March 11 last.
In total 13 people have now been arrested as part of the murder inquiry with three men - including Crosby and Cruise - charged before the courts.
