A man has been charged by police after he allegedly lured a 13-year-old girl from a shopping centre in Perth's south-east before drugging and indecently assaulting her.
Police allege Jeremy John Rowe started a conversation with the girl at a Thornlie shopping centre on Sunday, September 27.
The 44-year-old is alleged to have taken the girl to another location and given her a substance, before indecently dealing with her.
A statement from police said officers responded to the incident a short time later.
"Police attended the location and found the victim unconscious and she was conveyed to Perth Children's Hospital," a WA Police spokeswoman said.
Detectives from the Child Abuse Squad charged the Thornlie man after raiding a home on Thursday.
Footage of the raid showed bags of evidence being taken from the property.
Mr Rowe was charged with six offences, including two counts of procuring a child to engage in sexual behaviour and two counts of indecently dealing with a child.
He was also charged with supplying cannabis and with stupefying with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The 44-year-old appeared in Armadale Court via videolink and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear in court on October 22.
