A man has been accused of endangering the life of the bride’s father at a wedding reception.
Christopher Allison, 27, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday charged with assault to severe injury and danger man of life.
Allison, of Aberdeen, made no plea and was released on bail pending further inquiries.

He is expected to appear again at a later date.
Police were called to the city’s Marriott Hotel in Dyce on Saturday night after 48-year-old Paul Anderson was found unconscious.
Hours earlier, he had given away his daughter Demi as she married her long-term partner Mikey Edwards.
