Man, 85, reported missing from Humboldt Park

Police are asking the community for help finding an 85-year-old man who was reported missing from Humboldt Park.

Rafael Rodriguez was last seen leaving his home about 8:30 a.m. Monday in the 2500 block of West Thomas Street to go to the area of North and California avenues, Chicago police said.

Rodriguez was driving a navy blue 2004 Honda CRV with Illinois plates, police said.

He is 5-foot-6, about 160 pounds, is missing several upper teeth and has a tattoo of a heart with the initials “PR” on his arm, police said.

He was last seen wearing a gray baseball hat, black coat, khaki pants and white gym shoes, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Three SVU detectives at 312-744-8366.
