Man, 84, charged following livestock worrying after sheep was killed on farmland

An 84-year-old man has been charged after two dogs were involved in a sheep worrying incident near Gartmore this week that saw a sheep killed and two more injured.

The incident was reported at around 4.50pm on Wednesday, May 12, and involved two dogs chasing and injuring sheep.

The offence happened on East Gartfarran Farm

The man has been charged and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
