Man, 83, missing from Evanston located

Edmund Morgenroth | Glenview police

An 83-year-old man who was reported missing from north suburban Evanston has been located.

Edmund Morgenroth was last seen about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday leaving his home in the 9200 block of Central Park Avenue, according to Glenview police. He was driving a silver 2012 Chevrolet Impala with an Illinois license plate of 1166133 and a dent in the rear driver’s side.

Police cancelled the alert about 4 a.m. Thursday, saying Morgenroth had been located.
