A man was taken to hospital after being hit by a vehicle on a main road in Wythenshawe.
The crash happened on Hollyhedge Road at around 2pm yesterday (Wednesday), police said. Emergency services were called to the scene.
An 80-year-old man was knocked down by a vehicle. He was taken to hospital from the scene.

Police said his injuries were not believed to be serious. No arrests were made.
In a statement, a Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "GMP were called to reports of an RTC between a vehicle and 80-year-old pedestrian on Hollyhedge Road in Wythenshawe at around 2pm on Wednesday, December 14.
"He was taken to hospital but he had no serious injuries. No arrests were made."
