An 80-year-old man was reported missing from Fuller Park on the South Side.
Carl Douglas was last seen Aug. 3 in the area of the 4200 block of South Princeton Avenue, Chicago police said in an alert.
He may appear to be in need of medical attention, police said.
He is 5-foot-8, 120 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. It is not known what he was last seen wearing.
