A 70-year-old man has been reported missing from Park Manor on the South Side.
Emerson Hoover was last seen Jan. 6 in the 7400 block of South Eberhart Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.
He uses a cane and often wears a black skullcap, police said. Hoover has diabetes and might be wearing dark pants.
