Man, 60, found dead in Anfield home

A 60-year-old man was found dead in his home on Easter Monday, police said.

Officers were called to Burnand Street, in Anfield, on Monday April 5.

The force said the body of a man was found inside of the address and there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

He has been identified as Kevin Ambrose.

Officers and the coroner's office are now are appealing to find the next of kin for Mr Ambrose.

A spokesman for the police said: "Kevin Ambrose was sadly found deceased at his home address on Burnand Avenue on Monday 5 April. He was 60. There are no suspicious circumstances.
