A 59-year-old man has died following an incident in East Kilbride yesterday.
Pictures circulated on social media of emergency services at Alison Lea in Calderwood, and areas taped off by police.
Forensic officers wearing white suits and face masks were also spotted entering a house amid reports of a disturbance on the street.

Police Scotland say enquiries are ongoing, with the man initially described as "seriously injured" during the incident, having since died.
A spokesman added: "Around 4.15pm, officers attended at a property in East Kilbride. During this attendance, a 59-year-old man was seriously injured and has since died.

“Police Scotland enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
A large police presence remains at the scene this morning, including forensic teams.
