A 55-year-old man was found dead at his home in Aigburth.
Merseyside Police today confirmed that Paul Kevin Rattigan sadly died at his home on Aigburth Drive on Saturday, June 5.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a search has now been launched to find his family.
Police have released an appeal on behalf of Liverpool and Wirral Coroner's Office to trace his next of kin.
In a statement, a police spokesperson said: "Please share and help Liverpool and Wirral Coroner's Office to find the next of kin of an Aigburth man who recently died.
"Paul Kevin Rattigan sadly passed away at home on Saturday 5 June at his home on Aigburth Drive, aged 55. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
