Man, 49, missing from Woodlawn

Chicago police are asking for help locating a man who went missing from Woodlawn on the South Side.

Derrick Frazier, 49, was last seen June 16 in the 6100 block of South Kenwood Avenue, according to a missing persons alert from Chicago police.

Frazier is describe by police as being 6 feet, 160 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a medium brown complexion, police said.

He was last seen wearing a light-colored short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and gym shoes, police said.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
