
POLICE are seeking public help after a man was taken to hospital in Newcastle following a stabbing.
Emergency services were called to a caravan park on The Entrance Road about 7.30am on Sunday after a resident found the injured man in the amenities block and raised the alarm.
Police said the injured man, 42, had several stab wounds to his neck and back. He was flown to the John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition.
Several crimes scenes were established.
