Man, 40, dies after accident while driving forklift truck

A 40-year-old man has died following an accident while driving a forklift truck in Newark.

Officers were called to an industrial site, in Telford Drive, following the incident at 9.40am on Tuesday, June 4.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, confirmed.

The Health and Safety Executive has been informed and will investigate the circumstances with the .
