A 38-year-old man with links to Merseyside is wanted in connection with stalking, harassment and criminal damage.
Lancashire Police are hunting for John Pennington, who has links to Birkenhead and the Knotty Ash area of Liverpool as well as to Preston, Penwortham and Bolton.
Pennington is described as between 5ft 11 and 6ft in height, with a stocky build, blue eyes and short cut dark blonde hair.

Lancashire Police released an appeal for the public to contact them with any sightings, along with a picture of Pennington.
In the police statement shared widely on social media, a spokesperson said: "Have you seen 39-year-old John Pennington?
"We want to speak to him in connection with harassment, stalking and criminal damage offences.
"Pennington, who has links to Preston, Penwortham, the Knotty Ash area of Liverpool, Birkenhead and Bolton, is between 5ft 11 and 6ft tall, of a stocky build, with short dark blonde hair and blue eyes.
"If the public see Pennington they are advised not to approach him but to call police on 999, quoting log 1125 of June 24.
"For non-immediate sightings call 101 and ask for Lancashire Police."
