Man, 30s, seriously injured after stabbing and assault in brutal overnight attack in Ongar, Dublin

A man in his 30s is currently in a serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in west Dublin in an overnight attack.

The victim was allegedly assaulted before the horrific incident took place at Delhurst Terrace in Ongar at around 4am on Thursday morning.

The man was immediately taken to Connolly Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

A spokesman for Gardai told Dublin Live that no arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
