A man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman was assaulted in Plumstead.
Claude Hall, 24, appeared in court on Saturday following the incident on Burrage Road on September 23.
A woman, aged in her 20s, was taken to hospital for treatment before being discharged.
Both parties are known to each other, police said.
Writing on X, Greenwich MPS said: “A man will appear in court charged with attempted murder following an assault in Plumstead.
“Claude Hall – 24 (11.11.98) of Burrage Road, SE18, will appear in custody at a Magistrates Court on Saturday, 4 November.
“He was charged on 3 November following an incident that took place in Burrage Road on 23 September.
“A woman, aged in her 20s, was taken to hospital for treatment before being discharged.
“Both parties are known to each other.”
