A 24-year-old man has been arrested after a girl was allegedly raped and police have set up a forensics tent in a playing field near houses.
The incident is alleged to have happened at Heywood in Greater Manchester in the UK at about 7.45pm on Monday.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape according to the Greater Manchester Police.
He is in police custody for questioning, a spokesman said.
A forensics tent was set up in a grassy area, next to a bush and trees, in a playing field in the middle of a residential area, the Manchester Evening News reported.

The blue and white tent was within a police cordon at the scene on Tuesday morning as police issued an appeal for witnesses or people with information about the alleged attack.
Specialist officers are supporting the child and her family.
Her age was not revealed.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 7.45pm yesterday, police were called to reports that a child had been raped near to Balmoral Drive in Heywood.
“A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape.
"He remains in custody for questioning.


“Specialist officers are supporting the girl and her family.
“A scene remains in place and enquiries are ongoing."
