A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery in the Highlands.
Police confirmed the man was expected to appear before Inverness Sheriff Court today following his arrest.
The incident occurred last year on October 19 at around 7pm when a private property in Kiltarlity was broken into.
Five men were said to have targeted the home in the village and threatened occupants with a weapon before making off with a sum of cash and the homeowner’s car.
The vehicle was later recovered.
Speaking at the time, detective inspector Craig Still of Highland and Islands CID said: "This was a shocking and unusual incident for this area."
