Musical showstopper Mamma Mia! is coming back to Scotland for a string of shows.
The UK and international tour will return to the Edinburgh Playhouse and Glasgow's Kings Theatre to celebrate 20 years since the musical first premiered in London's west end.
The show will return to Edinburgh in September 2019 and Glasgow in April 2020.
The hit show inspired two smash hit films starring Meryl Streep as Donna Sheridan and show queen Cher.
Judy Craymer, creator and producer, said: “We’re so happy to announce that Mamma Mia! will be returning as part of the 20th year celebrations since the musical first opened in London’s West End. It is a truly special year, and we can’t wait to reunite the Scottish audiences with the feel-good story and irresistible music of ABBA.”
Mamma Mia! will run at the Edinburgh Playhouse from September 19-28 2019 and at the King's Theatre from April 7-25 2020.
