But now Mars Inc have decided to combine the two top chocolates together, in none other than white chocolate form.
The chocolate giant has announced that a brand new white chocolate Maltesters truffle is soon set to go on sale, combining iconic, honeycomb and creamy white chocolate with that velvety truffle texture - and we cannot wait!
Set to launch exclusively at Tesco next month, sadly they're not the cheapest of things, setting you back £4.99 for a 200g pack - more expensive than a pack of Lindt Lindor chocolate balls, which are currently £4 for 200g.
However, it's to be expected, with a pack of the milk chocolate Maltesers truffles setting you back the same £5 price tag for a 200g box at Tesco , whilst your standard box of Maltesers costs £1 per 100g, or £2 for 200g.
According to Maltesters, the intriguing new chocolates are set to roll out in Tesco supermarket's stores on September 9th 2019, as well as online.
The exciting new product launch was initially shared by Instagram account NewfoodsUK , who often track down intriguing new foods before the rest of the public.
And if the comments are anything to go by, they're set to be very, very popular, with one user saying "Where has this been all my life?!!" While another wrote: "Omg your fave and my fave in one."
