Love Island star Malin Andersson has hit back at claims that she is 'heartbroken' after learning that her date had a secret pregnant girlfriend that was expecting his fifth child.
The 28-year-old reality TV star, who was pictured holding hands with Michael Sadler before enjoying dinner this week, is said to have cut ties after being contacted by his partner.
Addressing the recent pictures, Malin has since taken to social media to confirm that Michael was far from her boyfriend and they had actually only been on one date.
"In regards to recent articles: HE WAS NEVER MY BOYFRIEND!!! We went on one date and it even states that. Jesus," Malin penned on Instagram.
In a second story, she added: "I am not heartbroken. F*** my life."
She then went on to discuss the 'stupid article' with a pal, as they laughed while firmly shutting down rumours that she was heartbroken.
Malin's response to the recent claims came after she was pictured looking glam while stepping out with Michael for an evening of drinks with friends.
The MailOnline then revealed that Michael's pregnant girlfriend Rebecca Barr had seen the story and then revealed the truth to the star.
Rebecca reportedly urged Malin to stay away from Michael and even said that he had 'lied' about his job as a security professional.
"I am just terrified at the level of narcissism, the lies, and everything that's happened," Rebecca told the publication.
"I spoke with Malin last night, it's really quite disturbing. He caught Malin at a vulnerable time."
The expectant mum also revealed that Michael had told his partner that he was working a night shift but instead headed out with Malin.
Rebecca later added: "She didn't even know he has children – he has five children, I'm pregnant with baby number five, we've got one together and he's got three from a previous relationship."
While Malin claims that they had only been on one date, Michael was quoted as telling the publication: "I love Malin to bits."
A representative for Malin has been approached by The Mirror for comment.
