There’s nothing better than sipping on a fruity cocktail in the sunshine, and Malibu has just brought out a brand new flavour that's perfect for those hot summer days in the garden.
Transport yourself to the beach with Malibu Watermelon. Packed with Caribbean rum and busting with fruity watermelon, it’s basically summer in a bottle and we can’t wait to take a sip (or two, or three) - ok, you get the gist.
Up until now, this fruity form of Malibu has only been available in the US, but for us lucky Brits, it's made it's way overseas and onto our supermarket shelves
The delicious new flavour is available in a 70cl bottle and you can find it on Tesco and Asda shelves as well as online for £15 a bottle. We've also spotted the new drink on Amazon, however it'll set you back a few pennies priced at £21.29.
The tasty tipple is also available on Drink Supermarket for £15.89, and The Bottle Club for just £14.99.
Best enjoyed over ice, the drink is said to "pack a fruity burst of watermelon flavour with notes of smooth, tropical Caribbean Rum," according to the Malibu website.
We first spotted the tasty new beverage on Malibu's Instagram account which boasts over 60,000 followers. Malibu captioned the post "INTRODUCING…drum roll please… MALIBU WATERMELON! sorry for the all caps, we’re just too excited."
Followers quickly took to the post to express their excitement with one fan commenting: "Cannot wait to try this."
Another keen fan that had already tried the new drink said: "It's SOOO good!"

The popular alcohol brand has also launched Malibu Watermelon Lemonade cans - a sparkling blend of Caribbean rum and watermelon bursting with lemon and lime flavours - what's not to love?
Perfect for slipping into your picnic basket, the cans are available to purchase in Tesco and Morrisons now, for a mere £1.80 each.
Malibu aren't the only ones jumping on the fruity bandwagon. Another summer favourite Pimm's have recently launched a new raspberry and redcurrant flavour in time for summer.
