Malian jihadist police chief on trial at ICC over Timbuktu destruction

A Malian jihadist police chief appears in court in The Hague accused of overseeing "unimaginable crimes" in Timbuktu in 2012. Al Hassan has been charged with war crimes by the International Criminal Court.
