An armed robber stole money from gas station early Friday in Old Norwood Park.

About 12:35 a.m., the gunmen held up a 43-year-old gas station clerk in the 5700 block of North Northwest Highway, Chicago police said.

The suspect, wearing a gray hooded sweater and black pans, fled the scene with an unspecified amount of money. No one was hurt.

No one is in custody as Area Five detectives investigate.

Only ten minutes earlier, a gas station clerk was robbed at gunpoint in Irving Park.
