Director of the abattoirs administration Dr. Saoud bin Mohammed al-Hatirshi said that the Makkaah authorities have employed an additional 36 employees at the slaughterhouses.

They include veterinarians, assistant veterinarian and health supervisors. They will join 65 veterinarians, 990 slaughterers and 370 sanitation workers.

Authorities in Makkah have taken all the necessary measures in coordination with the concerned agencies to provide the best services to the pilgrims currently performing the annual Hajj rituals.
