Liverpool fans have been reacting to the latest piece of transfer gossip surrounding the club and Bayern Munich forward Kingsley Coman.
Reports in recent days have claimed that the Reds are interested in signing the France international this summer.
One tweet from renowned German journalist Florian Plettenberg said that there is interest from the Anfield club in Coman.
Plettenberg wrote: “Yes, LFC is definitely interested in signing him and they are in contact with his management. But right now, it’s not a hot topic.
“Bayern still want him to extend, especially Julian Nagelsmann. But Kingsley‘s father forces his departure to England.”
Liverpool fans were quick to react to the rumour, with several pointing out Coman’s injury record throughout his career.
As cited by Transfermarkt, Coman has missed 82 matches over the course of the past six seasons, leading Reds supporters to be concerned.
