A major emergency response is underway after a motorbike crashed into a wall.
Merseyside Police have asked motorists to avoid the area around Ferry Road in Eastham, Wirral, while they deal with the incident.
According to the force, the collision involved one vehicle.

No details have been released so far on the condition of the victim but the collision was described as "serious".
A spokesman for the force said: "At around 8.20pm, we were called to Ferry Road to reports of a man on a motorcycle in collision with a wall.
A road closure is in place on Torr Drive, Ferry Road and Eastham Lock and we would ask people to avoid the area while we deal with this incident.
