Major rescue operation at Bracklinn Falls near Callander after reports of people in the water

A multi-agency rescue operation is underway in Bracklinn Falls near Callander after reports of people in the water there.

There have been reports of at least two people in the water and police and fire brigade are on the scene.

A search helicopter can be seen hovering over the waterfall area within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "There is a multi-agency rescue operation currently underway in Bracklinn Falls. This is being led by Fire Scotland."
