Major police response as Aberdeen high-rise locked down amid ongoing incident

Police have swooped on an high-rise building Aberdeen amid an ongoing incident.

Emergency services were called to Wallace House in the city's Hazlehead area tonight, Tuesday March 3.

Officers have taped off the scene where there is a heavy police response including a number of vans and marked vehicles.

It is unclear at this stage what the nature of the incident is.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed officers are responding to an ongoing incident.
