Chas Dingle dropped a major hint that she and Paddy Kirk are heading for a heartbreaking split during tonight's special Emmerdale lockdown episode.
This evening Chas, played by Lucy Pargeter, was left struggling as she was confined to her house with partner Paddy and her baby daughter.
As a pub owner, Chas' mind was consumed with fear over her business losing money the longer it was closed.
She was also left in tears during the Clap for Carers as she was reminded of her time in the hospital while giving birth to her dead daughter Grace.
However, Chas appeared disturbed when Paddy suggested them having another baby - though he later insisted that he was happy as he was.
Towards the end of the episode, Paddy created a "second honeymoon" for Chas after they were unable to go on the first due to her discovering that she was pregnant with Grace.
Paddy has filled the entire room with tropical inflatables and fake palm trees.
The pair sat down in beach chairs as Paddy said that the lockdown had forced people to reevaluate what was important in life.
However, Chas seemed uncomfortable with the topic of conversation as Paddy said: "Sorry, I didn't realise we had become so distant."
"Yeah, well, life's manic - it happens," she replied.
"But we fixed it, didn't we?" Paddy insisted. "That little thread that was unravelling?"
Chas nodded as Paddy said: "The fact that we love each other and always will."
"Yes we do," she said smiling but, as Paddy turned away, her smile dropped.
