Trains between Edinburgh and Glasgow are experiencing major delays on Friday afternoon after a break down.
Scotrail reported that one of their trains had broken down near Edinburgh Park station around 11am.
It's causing disruption to trains heading west from the capital and several services have been cancelled or revised.
The delays are expected to continue until around 3pm, with engineers working to remove the broken down vehicle.
Services going to Glasgow Queen Street from Edinburgh are among those affected.
Scotrail said: "We have a broken down train in the Edinburgh Park area. Our staff are on site assessing the damage and are in the process of recovering the failed train.
"We'll keep you up to date with the progress so please check back here for updates. At present we can't run services between Edinburgh - Bathgate and Linlithgow in that direction.
"We are currently looking at alternative arrangements and until this in place passengers should consider other modes of transport."
