The Edinburgh City Bypass is currently experiencing huge delays following an earlier crash and multiple breakdowns.
Traffic Scotland reported a crash involving four cars near the Baberton Junction shortly before 11am this morning.
While vehicles could get past, it is understood that the incident is ongoing and is still blocking part of the road.
Two separate vehicles have also broken down at Hermiston Gait and at the Calder Junction on both off-slips, which is causing major congestion.
