Major change announced for towering Nottingham city centre hotel

A city hotel is undergoing significant changes to its branding and outlook - with a new name set for the establishment. Jurys Inn Waterfront Plaza, located next to Nottingham Railway Station, will change its name to Leonardo Hotel, with plans already in place to install new signage at the site.

The hotel group has further announced the remaining 35 Jurys Inn hotels in the UK and Ireland will take on the name of their sister brand Leonardo by the autumn. Plans for the name and signage change were submitted to Nottingham City Council on Tuesday, June 28, with a detailed layout plan, as the hotel group moves forward with its autumn plans and seeks to change the building's signage to 'Leonardo's Hotel.'
