A major Ayrshire road has been closed this morning following a crash.
The smash took place on the A70 between the Old Toll Crossroads and A77 (Holmston roundabout).
It's understood that the crash took place near Dobbies garden centre.
According to Inrix, the road is to remain closed into the afternoon.
Bus services have also been affected by the crash.
The warning from Inrix states: "A70 in both directions closed, slow traffic due to accident investigation work between the Old Toll Crossroads and A77 (Holmston roundabout).
"The road is expected to remain closed into the afternoon following an accident near the garden centre, first reported around 9:30am. Affecting Stagecoach bus services."
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
