Fusion Presents has added another name to its lineup this summer - British singer-songwriter Jake Bugg.
Fusion Festival relocates from Otterspool Promenade to Sefton Park this year, with Fusion Presents opening the show on Friday, August 30.
The Lightning Bolt singer joins an already impressive lineup which includes Kings of Leon, who will be performing their UK festival exclusive at Fusion.
Sets from Franz Ferdinand, Echo & The Bunnymen and Sam Fender were announced earlier this year too.
Damien Sanders, Event Director for Fusion Presents , said: “Liverpool has always been a city with strong music heritage and we’ve wanted to launch a new event for the last couple of years.
“The biggest challenge has been finding the right artist for the job.
“We’re over the moon that we were able to secure one of the world’s most successful rock bands to launch Fusion Presents and we cannot wait to see them perform in our new home, Sefton Park”.
Tickets for Fusion Presents start from £59.45 and are on sale now via Ticketmaster .
