Strictly's Maisie Smith moans she's 'sick of exercise' as she heads into training with Gorka

Maisie Smith has hinted she's finally had enough of her gruelling workouts and training sessions as she shared a hilarious meme to Instagram.

The 19-year-old star, who is renowned for her gym-honed bod, appeared to be feeling the strain as she faces another week of rehearsals with her Strictly Come Dancing partner Gorka Marquez.

The pressure is on for the pair to maintain their high standards after they topped the leaderboard with their sexy samba and stomping tango in the first two weeks.

But as Movie Week looms, EastEnders star Maisie suggested she was in need of a break as she and Gorka attempt to learn a Frozen inspired number for Saturday.

Taking to Instagram, Maisie shared a cute meme of a concerned-looking puppy sat on a treadmill.

"Starting Monday I'm dedicating myself to exercising. Me dedicating myself to exercising," said the caption, giving an indicator at Maisie's current mood.

Despite her modesty, Maisie has clearly been putting the work as her faultless performances on the BBC dance show have revealed.

And her efforts have caught the eye of fellow EastEnder Jessica Plummer.

Jessica, whose character Chantelle Atkins, left the soap in September, hailed Maisie as her 'body goals' as she vowed to 'get thick' for winter.

Maisie often shares inspirational snaps and videos of her flaunting her toned thighs and taut tummy with her social media followers.

The Tiffany Butcher star and her fellow Strictly co-stars are now firmly focused on the competition following the first elimination.

Former Labour politican Jacqui Smith was the first to leave the dance floor after failing to impress with her moves.

Speaking after Sunday night's results show, Jacqui said: "I’m sorry I couldn’t have continued it with the amazing @TheAntonDuBeke but happy for all those amazing and lovely dancers."
