PATNA: Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson and party’s OBC Morcha national general secretary Nikhil Anand on Friday surmised that Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray is getting punished by God for allegedly shielding the culprits in the "murder" of Patna-born Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
"A curse was bound to occur on Uddhav, his son Aditya Thackeray and their motor mouth spokesperson Sanjay Raut after evidence was destroyed under government protection in the case relating to the brutal killing of Sushant, a "son of Bihar", and Disha Salian (Sushant’s former manager)," Nikhil said in a statement, adding that truth will come out if narco-analysis test is done on the three Shiv Sena leaders.
Sushant was found hanging from the ceiling of his flat in Mumbai on June 14, 2020, less than a fortnight after Salian had jumped to death from a building.
"Self-styled editor Sanjay Raut must stop playing the victim card. Gone are the days of Bollywood's Baba-Baby & the patrons of drug-underworld mafia gang in the power of Maharashtra. Can anyone threaten those who used to be the bosses of Dawood Ibrahim during Congress rule (sic)," Nikhil wrote in a tweet.
