Low-cost supermarket Lidl is bringing back a massive treat for fans of fizz with the return of its Allini Prosecco Spumante Magnum.
The double-sized bottle is priced at just £12.99 and holds a litre and a half of the Italian bubbly. It will be on sale from Thursday (June 24).
The Allini Prosecco Spumante line is a top-seller at Lidl, and the Magnum is perfect for drinking with friends and family at garden barbecues or sipping on while glued to the TV screen.
Alternatively, mix with Deluxe Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (£1.59 for 1l) for a deliciously refreshing Mimosa. With the best-selling Bitterol Bitter Aperitif 11% (£6.99 for 70cl) also returning to stores on June 24, Lidl has everything shoppers need to create a flavourful summer spritz.
Richard Bampfield, Lidl’s Master of Wine, describes the fizz as “lovely and light, with a moreish pear-scented quality.”
Hailing from the vineyards of Veneto, Italy, it is an easy-drinking prosecco that is sure to impress guests, pairing beautifully with Lidl’s tomato and mozzarella bruschetta recipe.
The Allini Prosecco Spumante Magnum will be available in Lidl stores from Thursday and is available while stocks last.
