Kick start the New Year celebrations in the style with our Gastronomic eight-course menu at Element restaurant. Chef Nattakit, our Executive Chef has crafted a rich selection of the combination between western and Thai dishes. Entrées include Smoked salmon stuffed with lobster mousse terrine with curry sauce, Parma ham and asparagus spear Hollandaise gratin. Follow by a tasteful soup, Tom yum Blue river prawns bisque with crouton sour cream and salmon roe, Pan-fried rainbow trout with sweet and sour vegetables and green basil sauce. Before moving to the main course, scrubbing the residual taste with Mojito Sorbet. For the main course, enjoy a Roasted pigeon with balsamic and port wine reduction, Roasted herbs crusted sirloin with caramelized baby vegetables and red wine sauce. Finally, end the dinner on a sweet note with Chocolate molten cake and vanilla ice-cream.
