Here's a warning to all those journalists who might be tempted to cash in on their freebies. Allure magazine has fired an assistant editor, Molly Friedman, because she hawked beauty products sent to the magazine on eBay. According to the New York Post's source, Friedman asked cosmetic companies to send her new products that had yet to reach the stores and then sold them on eBay instead of putting them in the magazine. Can't imagine a British journalist doing that, can you? (Via New York Post)
