MAFS star Jessika Power issues stark warning to UK cast after her affair with Dan Webb

Married At First Sight Australia star Jessika Power has issued a warning to the UK cast ahead of its broadcast.

The 26-year-old reality TV star shocked audiences during the sixth series of the popular matchmaking show when she started an illicit affair with co-star Dan Webb behind her husband Mick Gould.

Jessika boldly set her sights on Dan when she discovered that she and farmer Mick had nothing in common, but her actions on the show led to an onslaught of endless abuse and trolling from social media users.

Now, Jess has urged the UK cast not to cheat on their partners after trolling and heartbreak impacted her mental health.

Instead, she’s encouraged them to be honest with their thoughts and feelings as she admitted that she regrets hurting the people she was closest to on the show.

Speaking to Entertainment Daily, the reality TV star said: “You want to be sure that every choice you make in this experiment is your own. I received a lot of hate for that but I went with what I felt was right - just don't do it the same way I did it. Try to be honest about your feelings from the second you have that thought process."

Lifting the lid on her regrets from the show, Jessika admitted that she wished she hadn’t been so ‘sneaky’ and ‘emotionless’ when it came to going behind her husband’s back.

“I do regret the people I hurt in my journey to find love and I would take that back if I could,” the TV star insisted.

“If I did my time over, I would still follow my heart but I wouldn't be so sneaky or emotionless about it.”

Sharing some words of advice to the UK cast, Jessika said: “Just have fun with it. Go in there with your heart on your sleeve and be raw, unedited and completely unapologetically yourself.”

She also urged hopefuls not to have expectations and to ‘trust in the process’ while being ‘true to yourself’.

Jessika previously told The Mirror that she struggled to watch herself back and can't believe the things she did while on the show.

The star insisted: "I watch the show back and I think holy s*** - did I just do that?

"We were filming for four months so you just forget."

After embarking on an affair with Dan while on the show, the pair dated for five months after the show, and she moved to the Gold Coast to make things work.

However, he dumped her shortly after the final, leaving her heartbroken and embarrassed - and facing even more trolling.

She said: "With all the heartbreak and s*** we did to people, for it not work out was really embarrassing.”

The breakup hit her hard and she spiraled, developing an addiction to the anxiety drug Xanax and drinking two bottles of wine a day.

Thankfully, Jessika got through the dark period and she’s now in a loving and trusting relationship.
