Madonna twerks and parties with her six kids at 'disturbing' birthday bash in Italy

Madonna isn't planning to stop celebrating her birthday anytime soon.

The pop icon turned 64 on Tuesday [August 16] and has kept the party going in Italy - sharing a series of self-described 'disturbing' snaps with her online fans as she celebrated alongside her six children.

Adorned in a white top hat - decorated with a pair of red lips - and a skin-tight black ensemble, the Like a Virgin singer told her Instagram followers on Wednesday: "Welcome to my surrealist party where nothing is logical and often disturbing."

The singer - who was seemingly speaking in a British accent - then shared a slew of Instagram Stories with her 18.2million followers, in which all six of her children could be seem partying alongside their famous mother.

Madonna is a proud mother to Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, Rocco Ritchie, David Banda, Mercy James, Stella and Esther Ciccone.

The family are currently staying in the luxurious Palazzo Castelluccio, an 18th Century Sicilian palace. The Queen of Pop has reportedly spent thousands on the celebrations and flying her family to Italy.

After an initial party on Tuesday to celebrate her own birthday, and son Rocco Ritche who turned 22 earlier in the month, Madonna let her fans behind the scenes of her second Italian shindig on Wednesday night.

The pop legend captioned snaps of strange white sock-shoes and the son she shares with ex-husband Guy Ritche as "Surrealism", and posed in a kitchen with what appeared to be personalised crockery.

The mum-of-six then went on to post a breathtaking snap of an outdoor dining setting - complete with gothic-themed décor and artsy light installations.

When she wasn't captioning the snaps of her children or the interior as "surrealism", birthday girl Madonna wrote "tanti auguri" across many of her snaps - Italian for 'happy birthday'.

Fans and famous friends clearly loved Madonna's surreal and 'disturbing' party - with many rushing to the comment section under the trailblazing star's grid post on Instagram captioned "Your Muthaa".

"I pretended you were my mutha my entire childhood tbh," Isaac Boots told the multi-award winning star, while one fan quipped: "Happy birthday my beautiful queen."

"QUEEN MOTHER," another gushed, as a fourth wrote: "Damn you look bloody fantastic!!!"

The artsy celebrations follow Madonna's more traditional birthday party that took place on Tuesday, in which she wore a beautiful cream-coloured silk dress which was covered in a pink floral pattern.

She accessorised her look with plenty of jewellery including colourful bangles and diamanté necklaces. The constantly evolving star also carried a small yellow handbag and wore a pair of strappy gold heels.

It's been reported Madonna hasn't been afraid to splash the cash during her birthday celebrations in Italy.

Speaking ahead of the parties, a source told The Sun: "As with every birthday, Madonna will host an epic party, but this year will be particularly special.

"The palace is nothing short of spectacular. I can only imagine she has blown tens of thousands on the evening. But when you’re worth £700million, money isn’t an issue."
