Madonna poses in restaurant with long blonde hair and suspiciously smooth skin at 62

Madonna appeared to be aging backwards as she stepped out to dinner with a pal.

The 62-year-old showed off her unbelievably smooth skin and unique fashion style as she posed in an Italian restaurant with "bestie" Maha Dakhil Jackson.

Rocking chunky square glasses, plenty of jewellery on her fingers and around her neck, the singer wore her blonde hair loose and straight.

And from her wardrobe she selected a bold blue three-piece suit, forking up spaghetti and feeding it to Maha, who was sitting beside her.

This comes after Madge was forced to confront an online troll after she shared a political opinion on social media.

She'd called for greater gun control in the United States after 20-year-old Daunte Wright was shot dead by police in Minnesota earlier this month.

The post - which she flagged as sensitive content - drew criticism from some who claimed Madonna was a hypocrite and would likely have people with guns to protect herself and her family.

But she was having none of it, quickly responding: "B***h I don't have any security or armed guards around me. Come see me and tell me to my face how not real my world is. I dare you.

"You know nothing about me or my life. The only criminals I see right now are the police who are paid to protect the people. But police are protected by judges and the criminal justice system which is a joke because there is no justice if you are a person of color [sic]."

Meanwhile, Madonna's set to have a film made about her life, but has reportedly suffered a set back after screenwriter Diablo Cody - best known for Juno and Jennifer's Body - stepped away from the project.

"Madonna is understandably very particular about how she wants it to be," a source told The Sun, "She's a perfectionist and because it is about her life, she is being very careful about how things come across.

"Diablo needed more freedom to be able to make it work and ultimately decided she couldn't contribute any more."

Another insider told The Mirror that Ozark's Julia Garner and British actress Florence Pugh are neck-and-neck to play Madge herself.

"Realistically, there are only a couple of people in town who could pull this role off," the source said.

"The bosses who are helping put the movie together want Florence and nobody doubts that she could be amazing.

"On the other hand, fans and the press have already weighed in and, from that perspective, Julia is their frontrunner because she is such a dead ringer for early-career Madonna."
