Madonna has a hidden a lovely message in her latest photo - but can you spot it?

Madonna has always been an icon for strong women, and the singer has now got a message for girls all around the word.

Her Madgesty shared a picture to her Twitter account with a secret meaning while she was promoting her new music.

The Like a Prayer hitmaker, 60, posed in front of a sticker that raises awareness about the signs of breast cancer.

Change and Check posters are cropping up in changing rooms across the country, telling women how to check their breasts for symptoms of the illness.

One appeared behind Madonna as she posed with a sparkly Madame X eyepatch in the snap.

The campaign will be an important one for Madonna, as her own mum died of breast cancer when she was just five-years-old.

But she didn't mention the poster, letting fans spot the poster on her their own.

Madge captioned the post: "Made X is about too go off.............. #birth."

The Change and Check campaign , which was launched by Lorraine Kelly, will see Asda, John Lewis, Monsoon, David Lloyd and other big brands putting the reminders on their mirrors.

The stickers show pictures of nine different warning signs of breast cancer, including lumps, swelling, a change in nipple shape and a rash.

Lorraine's pal Helen Addis came up with the idea after being diagnosed with the horrible disease when she was just 39.

Writing for the Mail , Lorraine said: "I hate to say it, but I thought: why her? Helen simply says: ‘Why not me?’

"And, of course, she is right. Her story is a stark reminder we all need to be vigilant about this disease, which affects one in eight women."
