Madonna, 61, lifts lid on plans to go under the knife as fans fear for her health

Madonna has unveiled her plans to get regenerative treatment amid her long-suffering health battles.

The Queen of Pop, 61, revealed she has a "missing cartilage" after suffering a slew of injuries earlier this year.

Alongside a series of very daring snaps on Instagram, she announced the news amid snowballing concerns for her health among her 15 million followers.

Clad in racy lace black lingerie, Madonna posed up a storm for the camera.

She wrote: "Finally going to get my regenerative treatment for my missing cartilage!!

"I would be jumping up and down if I could after 8 months of being in pain! Wish me Luck!"

Regenerative medicine has been used to replace human cells, tissues or organs to restore or establish normal function.

Madonna has been plagued with health issues since the start of her tour for her latest album.

She was forced to debut at the London Palladium two days later than intended.

The songstress has been said to have pushed her body to its limits as she faces "overwhelming pain” and exhaustion.

The Express Yourself hitmaker opened up about "irreversible damage to her body" on Facebook following the cancellation of her last US show in December.

She wrote: "They have made it very clear to me that if l’am to continue my tour— I must rest for as long as possible so that I don’t inflict further and Irreversible damage to my body."

She added: "I have never let an injury stop me from performing but this time i have to accept that there is no shame in being human and having to press the pause button."

Having suffered from horrific knee and hip injuries, it would seem there's no keeping her down as she blasted through the intense choreography from the show.
